Character: WELL means "Woman's Empowerment through Local Livelihood". WellPaper was initiated in 2005 in South India as a tsunami-relief effort, to provide alternative livelihood to affected families from the local areas. It has gradually developed into a social enterprise model for women from neighbouring villages of Auroville, South India. Its two main goals are to provide self-empowerment and livelihood for women and to develop and promote products made of recycled materials.
Nature of Participation: Monitoring, evaluation, taking notes, making reports, wide variety of tasks from Office work to work with the staff women. First week will be an observation week.

Working time of the Unit is from 9 am to 5 pm
Participation Hours: 09:00 -16:00
Minimum Commitment: 4 weeks
