2. Developing bamboo forest and farm.
3. Communication, marketing, also skills required is wood work.

Nature of Participation:
Monitoring, evaluation, taking notes, making reports, wide variety of tasks from Office work to work with the staff women. First week will be an observation week.

4 weeks
